Role & Responsibilities

As a UX/UI designer for the company, I help the several business units solve their user-centric problems on the website. Leveraging a user-centered design process, I conduct user research and analyze data in order to make informed decisions when designing solutions and iterate on those designs based on user feedback and the goals of the business unit. My work has helped improved the overall user experience of the company's website and optimized the customer journey.

Accomplishments

• Improved conversion rates of product landing pages by analyzing current user flows & optimizing the user journey

• Enhanced internal process of setting up discontinued product promotions by introducing a new promo over strategy

• Optimized workflow between designers, stakeholders, & project managers by leveraging collaborative digital tools such as Figma

• Strategized a product launch page by creating & designing a phased-approach for new flagship model

• Faciliated & led an ideation session of 50+ people by utilizing workshop methods & tactics
