Role & Responsibilities
After my time at FFW, I decided to take a break from working at a company and started consulting local small businesses on improving their user experience. From small coffee shops to bustling restaurants, I worked with the business owners to identify what caused user frustration and developed solutions by designing & prototyping their websites. Leveraging my skill set from FFW helped me bridge the gap between the business owners and their users.
Accomplishments
• Improved overall customer experience for several small businesses by providing CX consultation through customer research, business gap analysis, and service design
• Increased brand recognition for local businesses by assisting in the creation of the company's brand through workshopping and competitive analysis
• Maximize workflow efficiency for small business by implementing streamlined processes through usability testing and design thinking
• Streamlined ordering process of local business by creating an onboarding experience through journey mapping and user flows
